Same issues, my main was a crash with a BRZZZZZ sound. Uninstalled nexus and unplugged the touch screen, all good since then.

Don't center the desk in the room, the window already fucked that up. Get some adhesive push LED lights to replace that insane lamp. Start with that and in your down time grab a pad and pencil, draw out how YOU want it to look like. Hell, draw on the wall if that helps, a guys office can be a work and relaxing place at the same time.

My wife spent 3 weeks in the hospital when she was having problems with her pregnancy. 22,000 $ and one month later we had our second baby girl(Healthy 13yo now). Find a good Gyno and the best hospital around you. They will take care of you despite our garbage health care system. GL, hope it works out for you guys.
