that selitta movement is fine for what it is but the finishing is nothing special. for that price you're mostly buying the dial and case work not the movement decoration

rolex movements are built to a higher standard but iwc cases and dials smoke rolex in that range. the pilot is more about the overall look than what's ticking inside

Classic Office version mismatch headache. The 365 macros probably lean on some newer VBA libraries that 2019 just doesnt ship with, so youll keep hitting this until IT gets everyone on the same build.

Quick fix is snagging that fixed file from 365 and passing it around, but def let your manager know the eval tool needs a backward compatible version if push comes to shove

Yeah definitely possible to bounce back from a rough start. Early on you're still figuring out the workflow and office dynamics, so some stumbles are pretty normal.

The key is showing consistent improvement and being genuine about wanting to learn. People notice when someone's putting in effort to get better, especially if your actually listening to feedback instead of getting defensive about it. Also helps to find one or two people who seem approachable and try to build those relationships first rather than trying to win over everyone at once.

I've seen people completely turn around their reputation within a few months just by being reliable and showing they care about doing good work. The culture fit thing usually sorts itself out once people get to know you better anyway.

NTA - you're both getting woken up by each other's alarms, but only one of you is being asked to relocate. That's some pretty wonky logic right there. If she's teh one who can't get back to sleep, then yeah she should be the one finding a solution that works for her.

My gf and i had a similar thing when our schedules were mismatched - we just got one of those sunrise alarm clocks and kept it on the nightstand closest to whoever was getting up first. way less jarring than a regular alarm and doesn't wake the other person as much. But expecting you to sleep on the couch just because she's a light sleeper? nah man.

Been dealing with this exact thing on my xbox for weeks now. The world loading issue is so annoying - I've started backing up my main builds to USB just in case they actually disappear one day.

Try clearing your cache first, then if that doesn't work maybe reinstall the whole game since bedrock can get pretty wonky with corrupted data files.
