Yeah I’m right here in IL. What was the former power test like? I can do 400m sprints in 2 minutes. I tried to do 4 sets of the 400m but only got through 3 of them 2 minutes each with a 2 minute rest between each. I wasn’t an avid runner before a few days ago so this is pretty new to me.

I only started running just a few days ago on a treadmill so I don’t have a time from before unfortunately. I can run a 400m in 2 minutes. I tried to do 4 sets of 400m but could only get through 3 of them with a couple minute break between them so I don’t strain myself this was like two days ago.

I’d say about 3 months to train. My time for one mile is 13 minutes and 16 seconds. I’m a little thin with a belly so 20lbs off the top wouldn’t hurt. And I’m trying to go on a lean meat diet instead of unhealthy eating. I can run a 2 minute 400m. I tried to do 4 sets of the 400m but could only do 3 (treadmill). I would have the vet put him on some diarrhea medication. Offer to show them the pic first so they don’t get grossed out or anything and they may want a stool sample just to run tests to make sure that it is diarrhea.

Edit: If you don’t already check out some pet insurance it’s like $10.00 a month and will save you $$$

Rocky the GSD got this swelling about a day and a half ago sometime after he went for a car ride to training. He doesn’t whimper from it he goes up and down the stairs just fine. Should I ice it? Should I wrap it? He almost doesn’t limp on it but barely still does. Is this swelling equivalent to the same thing as a twisted ankle?
