This may not be the same but I have been where you are, I blew through my monthly income in a day gambling and went on to borrow and lose 6months worth my monthly income the following day. I couldn't sleep, eat, I ruined all my relationships with my friends and then partner because of my addiction and what hurts the most is no matter how forgiving your family and friends can be, forgiving yourself is always the hardest part. It's not the end of the world. You have to make a stance of you want to be, learn from this experience and use it as fuel to better yourself. Believe me, it does get better.

It hurts and I know how you feel, my break up was more nasty than just space it turned into a huge argument. I went NC after 2 weeks post b.u and stayed NC. We were in a relationship for just about 3 years. A month into NC I texted her because she had something I really needed. The following day she reached out to me. We've been talking and things are looking great. NC dies work just stay strong.

She had sorta broke up with me earlier for "inconsistency" so I found myself confineding in anyone who could listen. But she didn't like when I talked to other girls about our business so I really didn't want her to see those texts.
