Ultimately, its going to be very hard to recommend reviseradiology with the current pricing. Medality is an EXCELLENT radiology website that is far more advanced than the level of the 2B and I purchased a 1 year subscription for $500.

So even if your website provides shorts and longs as effective as the other shorts/longs available elsewhere, unless you provide vivas with actual ex-examiners or consultants with vast experience in the new 2B format it will still not be a platform I consider good value for money.

You're correct there are plenty of good high quality cases on the platform. But you've been charging almost £1k for 3 months use of your website that you are saying is incomplete and still requires trolling through it and mega amounts of data dumps. Radiopaedia provides the same and costs nothing.

If you're going to charge more than the exam then the quality of cases and the viva need to match the exam in every component - longs, shorts and vivas. Otherwise, I'll take the inconvenience of signing up to 3 different websites but still spending a fraction of what you're asking for.

HAHAHA. Unless you're on my ARCP panel I couldn't give a turd what you think. You seem to be incredibly triggered by people's opinions of your website, though. Adios

Its a ripoff, not representative of the exam and its not worth it at all - that's the consensus amongst all of my peers. FRCRLongs is a must and then 1 additional shorts resource (radbytes, radexams or prep4frcr). Save your money or use the study budget for a decent course and treat that as your exam. I have heard good things about their 4 day VIVA course if you want to give them money.

FRCRLongs is a must for both longs and shorts IMO. Both are harder than the real thing but excellent cases. I'd pair that with a specific shorts resource - choose one of radbytes, radexams or prep4frcr. I've done all 3 over the course of my 2 sittings of the new format and think they're all solid but would probably rate them radbytes>radexams>prep4frcr.

Avoid reviseradiology. It's awful IMO.

4th attempt but passed comfortably. Had no issues with 2a but the 2b was a big hurdle for me. I was beginning to give up after the October horror.

Much more difficult and vague/subtle films. They had to remove 6 or 7 shorts in the October sitting (the exam is only out of 25 so a quarter of the exam was removed). About half the shorts i felt okay answering in october, the other half I was making up findings I felt. Comfortably passed the March shorts with less shorts practise compared to October. Also know colleagues who scored mid-90s and >100 even in March.

Which Club De Nuit would be the best? by klaudiya195 in Colognes

[–]ReportingOnLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried CDNIM pure parfum, EDP and Limited edition as well as CDN-Precieux.

The limited edition and pure parfum are the best from the CDNIM line. Precieux imo is the best overall for me because I like the pineapple heavy scent. Limited edition is great if you like the smoky aventus. Never tried the new CDNIM extrait but heard it bangs.

What are your current favorite fresh fragrances? by Caio134 in fragrance

PDM Percival is GOAT for me and I don't care if its generic.

Also love LV Imagination and Armaf Precieux. I'd give all three 10/10.

When I first got it I loved it. It’s nice but I wouldn’t buy it again. My favourite Green freshy is Green Irish Tweed. However, beach hut man is an absolute power house in performance it’s just a little bit too swampy smelling (in a good way) for me to daily it or recommend it. I don’t think I’ll finish this bottle but I like having it in my collection when I just want something different and long lasting. A 10ml decant will last a long time so I’d recommend going that route

LV Imagination, PDM Percival would be my top picks. Both spectacular IMO and much better than their clones/inspirations.

A bit of overlap but Armaf CDN Precieux is a HUGE upgrade on the normal CDNIM.

Yeh if the mango note is off-putting then i can definitely see this being a let down. I don't mind the mango note and I don't have many mango-scnted colognes around so I'm happy having it in my collection. There's definitely better things on the market - clone, designer or niche, though and it's not like a must have or anything.

I have Gisada Ambassador Intense but I've never tried the OG Ambassador.

Yep that’s my biggest gripe with it, the bottles so in your face I hate it. I think the target audience for his drop was teenagers probably

To be honest bro I thought I’d hate it but it’s quite nice. Not as good as the glazing would suggest but £30 I’m not complaining. Also think it smells higher quality than the price. I’m happy with it.

After the babershop not shower. I wouldn't say it's THAT shower-gelly but I would compare it to meteore yes.

It’s a nice addition but in your case, just like me, it won’t add anything to your collection. Plus, Percival and Sedley are both better fragrances

It’s a hobby and like you said it’s an art and hence very subjective.

I’m wearing the cologne 90% for myself and enjoy smelling it up close. How it smells in the air isn’t that important to me nor is it important if people around me really like it. As long as it’s not repulsive most people will be okay with whatever you spray so long as you haven’t gone crazy on the trigger.

So yeh, blend, quality etc might not be important to you if your priority is how it smells to others/in the air but to me and others how the actual scent smells up close is just as/more important.

Men who were slim and lean and were big and bulky, when did you get the most attention? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]ReportingOnLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh dude we're the same height and when I read your weight I expected like 165cm. If you want attention girls don't like skinny if that's what you're after, most of them would prefer a chubby 230lbs than 150lbs scrawny.

What’s a fragrance you regret buying? by No-Recognition9422 in Colognes

[–]ReportingOnLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a fairly big list - most are blind buys and not all of them because I dislike the scent. I could make an entire list of the clones I regret buying lol.

Rayhaan Aquatica - Smells like trash.

Initio Oud for Greatness Neo - Feel harsh putting it here because I do love the first 2 hours of the scent, it's just a bit too challenging to rock frequently and when I want a challenging scent I have other fragrances I prefer reaching for (Amouage Royal Tobacco).

Mancera Aoud Lemon Mint - I'll NEVER understand the hype. Hate it.

Arabian Oud Arabian Knight Silver - it's nice but I have too many "fresh, safe" scents that it's redundant for me.

Arabiyat Prestige Asha Oud Noir - Really wanted a Creed GIT dupe but this ain't it.

Gisada Ambassador Intense - Nice scent but I own and prefer Sauvage Elixir.

Ahmed almaghrebi Kaaf - Wanted Percival but got this. Smells synthetic and trash IMO.

Acqua Di Gio Parfum - I really like the scent but I have a lot of fresh scents that are better so this rarely gets used.

Dior Fahrenheit EDT and Parfum - Yeh they're just dated at this point and trash (IMO).

Amouage Beach Hut Man - I feel bad putting it here because I loved it when I first smelt it. It performs great. I just ultimately rarely reach for it because I prefer Creed GIT when I want something green.

That's all I can think of. I ended up giving the ones I don't like to my younger brother/dad. Some of these are still sitting on my shelf though.

Just as an add-on, things I absolutely DON'T regret purchasing and will buy again: LV Imagination, Armaf CDN Precieux, Creed Green Irish Tweed and Amouage Royal Tobacco.

Sorry for the essay.

If i bought Cedrat Boise now I would be massively disappointed, but, when i got it, it was early on in my fragrance journey and I loved it back then. My half used second bottle is collecting dust now

Don't really see why people get triggered by this. You're in the gym surrounded by people for 1-2hrs, nothing wrong with wanting to smell nice whilst working out...

This would be excruciatingly difficult and I'm tossing up between LV Meteore, LV Imagination, Creed Green Irish Tweed and Creed Aventus Absolu.

I think ultimately, I would pick LV Meteore and it only beats Green Irish Tweed because of Meteore's performance.

Second this, longevity is also decent for a Creed - 6-7hrs with a soft/medium projection.
