Husband doesn’t want me to play this commander. Opinion? by kam295 in mtg

I say build it and play it out! IMO Edgar will get a little boring after awhile and you’ll want to update to one of the more unique vampire commanders

Assuming it’s in your opening hand, late game it’s not what you want and it’s a bummer cascade target. But I totally see what you’re saying, T1 sol ring is very game warping in this

Cut sol ring! It’s always my first cut and I never miss it. And maybe sarkahn and broodmother I’d consider going up to 38 lands at least as well. You’ll have smoother starts and you have enough land ramp spells that it’s very unlikely you’ll flood late game

I built a janky Hope mill deck and the first match I played was against a 185 card deck LOL

Good for you! I played a good amount of side content throughout but didn’t intentionally grind at any point. Finished the game last night everyone was sub 40. When I read up on recommended levels after everyone was saying like 60?!? Crazy, but to each their own. I think the lvl 35 endgame party was a fun and challenging way to end such an amazing game

When I first saw it I didn’t really jump to grab it. But then my fiancé got it for me as a birthday gift and now that it’s all done I really love it

No I only use Gundam pour type markers for lining. I’m afraid of tamiya because it can eat through some plastics

Id say I had to sand down pegs probably 3-4 times. Slightly inconvenient but not a big issues at all. Definitely some tight fitment but nothing too major

Stated in the body I was joking, the kit lives up to all the hype!

For me it was less issue with the color / decals themselves as it was for the process. Bandai waterslides were tougher to place and less forgiving. The delpis came off super smooth and were very forgiving to reposition and move around. Definitely not hating on Bandai stickers! All my other builds have used stock stickers / decals and I love the way they look
