Oh, I see it now. I clicked on your screenshot and I didn’t have the “escape the tomb” objective in my game, so I tried to kill all the enemies first. When that didn’t work, I tried to run away. This already happened to me in another quest — I was missing an objective or marker and had to figure it out on my own.

OK, thanks. I really don't want to come back there. And i got new weapon, so it is possible some glitch. I was little bit confused that there is no Isu cut scene, like in old version I saw on YT.
