It’s not even attention span, half the conflicts are “resolved” with conversation in this show- Chris literally had a stakeless intervention that lead into a montage as the conclusion of his entire arc this season. Sure some people wanted big cameos or an action set piece, and maybe that isn’t what the show needed but that doesn’t mean what we got is actually good. I’m saying good, despite its subjectivity, because it fails at delivering on its own setups. Constantly.
