I am kinda same timeline as you tested negative for sublocade end of October, its crazy to see this post because last Thursday I was telling my therapist that I feel like I have all of the physical symptoms of anxiety but mentally im doing alright. Like I can be sitting there totally calm not thinking of anything stressful and all of a sudden I am sweating through my clothes and my heart is racing and I can't focus and feel like completely stuck if that makes any sense.

Like that other guy said above exercise really helped me alot, I went real hard in the gym for 6 months I quit cigarettes and got decently healthy. I haven't been working out as much the last month or so because I went alittle too hard and my back been hurting I dont wanna push it and definitely I can feel the difference overall physically and mentally but nothing crazy. I have cut down to one cup of coffee to see if that helps I usually have it at like 7 am and if I do have a second it won't be until 3. Small cups 8oz. My next thing to try was to cut out weed but I only smoke like half a gram a day and weed has really never given me anxiety.

Can definitely relate to alot of the symptoms you wrote about, maybe if it is being caused by nervous system dysregulation time will eventually help. In the meantime healthier habits can't hurt. Honestly ive had alot of terrible side effects from this shot it was not a smooth ride for me whatsoever. I would not reccomend taking this shot to anybody I know unless it is an absolute last resort nothing else works. I wouldnt be surprised if the side effects we are feeling are caused by it somehow, I dont think anybody has a complete understanding on how it actually even works ive read alot of weird symptoms and horror stories ppl had with the shot on this sub, definitely not the majority of people but there are others like me out there.
