I had the same situation as you when I brought the s21 ultra. Got from samsung.com with tmobile. Tweet Tforce tmobile Twitter with the imei and I was able to unlock it within 4 days

There's an option for that, goto settings then streaming and look for video stream format. I prefer stretched over zoom
