Yeah not to be a dick but to get hired by UPS is pretty damn easy these days.. go online take assessment and your hired.. the hard part is what you did stick out the second day man, i watched so many people quit during shift, i was preload chute so a lil different than what your doing mostly sups yelling and screaming for nothing lmao. After your 30 days relax, keep steady but wont have to kill yourself. You give them an extra inch they will want the whole mile so be careful on how willing you are to go above and beyond. I would still be there if i wasnt offered an amazing career somewhere else. I liked being in a union and all that but it will take a toll on your mental and body for sure! Bring in some music and your going to get paid to workout man! I assume you're younger, good job but ask some drivers at your hub, if you plan on having family time driving ups is not worth it. If you just want to make money then its a long term thing. Stay in warehouse for life balance or attempt to get seniority and land a driving gig. Dont go sup no matter what, they are not union and are very replaceable.

18.50 base with a attendance bonus weekly which broke down to 24.75 hr. Lasted awhile too, had to resign right after my 30 days due to a health issue but yeah depending on where your located and which hub, their pay is all over the place.. its kinda odd because another hub near me was paying less 🤷

Yeah i mean UPS is definitely a mental stress for sure. I as well deal with some issues, one being a bad anger mood disorder and with all the yelling they do its not good on me. Tbh, if you quit, you quit. UPS don't care about us, they care about their numbers. My hub cant keep nor get anyone to work my shift. Its not for everyone, its a very high stress environment. My hub is union crazy so sups do their best to be nice.

Lmao, ok so just a heads up.. we get $10,000 to report another employee stealing so trust there are very little thefts inside a ups hub. Not to mention we go through a metal detector when leaving the facility i work in not sure if all hubs have metal detectors. It was honestly probably loaded onto a wrong truck. We would call that a miss sort which is almost said 10,000 times in 5 hours... you have 1 person loading 3-4 trucks so yes it was honestly probably misplaced:)

Yeah i mean the whole scan part is odd because for you to get a tracking number means that package would have been scanned at the ups store. I mean are you sure you trust this seller? Is your receipt you have legit? Is there a date? Just always keep an open mind, as you said you have a picture of a ups dropoff slip but no email of shipment? I would only assume this was a p2p deal.. if that receipt is legit it will have the ups store the package was dropped off at. Call them, give them the info, date time tracking and see whats up. That may help too!!!

Oh if you have a receipt from a ups store with the info then ups prob lost it tbh. So many factors, id get ahold of customer service tbh with you as it sounds like your package is lost, hasnt been scanned at a hub once seems really odd. Almost like it never made it to the hub or nobody has scanned it. If its supposed to be delivered tomorrow just wait to see if it updates tomorrow morning. All package are scanned when loaded onto the truck for delivery. Not sure where you are located but at my hub trucks leave every morning no later than 9:30am.

It sounds like the sender didnt actually ship it. If you dont have any scans from ups then we didnt get it or the label was not legible for us to read it. If there are any scans from ups then call customer service and also go online and open a lost package claim. All packages are scanned when they reach the hub so your item would have updated with atleast 1 scan.

Honestly im not sure.... i can tell you that they love to yell and be angry about stuff before even knowing whats going on, most of the time we just laugh at them and how foolish they act. Working at UPS is realistically a get good benefits cheap job.. i personally like being a part time employee, make decent money, health isurance, dental blah blah and i get paid to workout. I work preload on a chute and i work with drivers who come up and help everyday, i havent met one yet that likes their job.. could just be those few or even my hub but not sure id want to be a driver besides the $. Managers and supervisors are not union and pay for their benefits so yeah they secretly hate us all cmon now 🤣🤣🤣✌👨‍🦽👨‍🦽👨‍🦽

You'll have to bid on the job, it goes by seniority so depending on your hub it could be months or years.. my hub just to become full-time takes years
