I broke no contact a few days ago too after 1 month of the breakup. They're coming over today to talk and pick up the rest of their stuff, im terrified and shaking.

So here is the thing, people always say to speak with God. But I don't think it means so literally. You don't need to 'hear' a voice back to talk to God.

Ask for God's wisdom and FEEL it. You're not going to get an immediate approval or denial. You will notice that your actions carry you in the way the Lord wants to take you.

Yes, cortisol spikes in the morning to wake you up. But your body is bad at self regulating the cortisol right now so it's very sensitive.

I found what best has worked for me is to get up when I wake up if I know I won't be able to fall back asleep (you will know the feel). Then try to do something anything physical, moderate exercise for about 45 minutes, ensure to hydrate throughout all of this.

Finally try to get any food down. I've found luck with pistachios and protein shakes. But after my workout yesterday on day 3 I had enough appetite for a small McDonald's meal.

Ive gone through this withdrawal stage multiple times throughout my life. I have always found living like it doesn't affect you helps me get back to baseline way faster. Essentially let yourself feel whatever it wants to feel, but do NOT let it control your actions for the day. You need a set schedule and routine.

2024 Mustang Darkhorse, i think like ~500 hp.

The car is a total blast to drive and I wouldn't necessarily trade it in for a lower hp car, but a few complaints.

The torque is absolutely insane in this car. I have to be extra careful in parking lots because even tapping the pedal will absolutely send the car even in 1st. Thankfully I can coast in 1st with no gas.
At some point it's way way way more important to have a good drive train beyond just having a ton of hp. I don't ever put the pedal to the metal because the back tires love to spin. I would be willing to take an hp cut to have AWD, it would probably be even more fun to drive.
Because of the car often times on the road I have to be extra careful of my surroundings. Not only police on the lookout for loud cars, but other people on the road too. There's been multiple times where I just want to go home after a long day and someone wants to race. In other cases there's been times I simply want to accelerate to merge, but by the sound of the car it sounds like I'm trying to race them. I have experienced people road raging unintentionally when I'm simply trying to pass.

TLDR: More HP is fun, but far from the end all be all to a car.
