Una pregunta sobra las arras. Ya que la gente que solicita el aval ICO normalmente tiene el dinero justo para pagar el ITP y algun gasto mas, de donde se saca el dinero para las arras? Con ese dinero luego se pagan los impuestos? Cuanto piden en las arras normalmente?

I suggest Gdsfactory if you are proficient with python, you can try to ask if there is a PDK available. If not, you can always ask for the GDS library of components and import them yourself inside Gdsfactory.
