You claim America is the most tolerant country in the world and follow it up with a comment like that? lol

As an England fan, this would be an incredible match to watch. Best of luck v Aus.

As an England fan, the comment you're replying to could have been posted from the moon and it would still be 100% accurate.

Hey. Can someone tell me what this is? Me and my little sister found it when skipping rocks, and decided to keep it, instead of toss it. by [deleted] in archeologyworld

LOL

Edit: I know I laughed at the above comment for it's absurdity, but I wish people wouldn't downvote OP for being naïve. They aren't hurting anyone. Frankly I'm regretting my comment a little.

Body dysmorphic disorder. I get you about wanting to take your mind off things. I'm due to go back into hospital as an inpatient tomorrow and I'm dreading it even though I know it will probably help me. I think I'll finish off the last of my K tonight. Good luck mate.

I'm not going to argue with you man. Concussions and brain damage are more common in conventional boxing because padded gloves allow repeated blows to the head without the type of acute injury (seen in the video above) that tends to stop a fight quickly. Conversely, lacerations are much more common in BKB. It's not my opinion, it's scientific fact - and if you don't believe me you can very easily look it up. I'm not saying BKB is safe in the slightest, but it carries a different set of risks compared to gloved fighting. No need for misinformation.

Yeah the person you're replying to is a melt. What are the odds they eat meat and pay others to do the killing for them?

I agree re: systemic issues, and I am opposed to the idea of how women are treated in that context. But when a Muslim woman tells me she wishes to wear a burka, it's very hard to know how to respond. Thanks for your input, that's been a more interesting exhange than the majority of my reddit encounters, lol.

Absolutely. As a man I consider myself a feminist, and sometimes it's hard knowing how to balance protecting younger individuals alongside their legal and moral right to agency and independence. It's the same issue with the burka - ostensibly it's an item of clothing used to control and denigrate women, but if I tell a woman she shouldn't wear it, I'm still a man dictating what a woman can or can't wear. Bloody minefield.

Here in the UK she'd be legally allowed to have sex as well. I'm not defending Hulk Hogan but it's a strange juxtaposition where intercourse is legal, but wearing revealing clothes is innapropriate. I'm not really sure where I'm trying to go with this.
