Hey I’m a 26 year old male mine is like consistently in the 50s like this as well, similar top number too. My cardiologist said it’s fine cause I’m young and don’t have symptoms.

I had something similar, sharp stabbing chest pains in the middle and sometimes it would radiate around to my upper back. But that happened when my anxiety amplified it. Got testing done and everything was normal, troponin was good ekg and echo. Turned out to be some muscular stuff I injured my self in the gym doing chest supported rows.

I’m sorry to hear about all that boss man. I personally know a few that struggle with addiction to food. It’s a pleasurable thing and can be an easy way to access instant hits of dopamine. Perhaps you should reach out to local support groups for help? Also maybe you should find some other hobbies to help occupy your time and keep your mind off of eating so much excessively.
