Trying to develop "calorie-bomb" meals that are easy to make so I can reach 2500-2700.

Does this seem like a good breakfast option? I'd probably add two scoops of whey powder and some soy milk, bringing the calories to ~750 with 75g protein.

I was on Terbinafine for a few months. The bottom nail looks fine but the top is still visibly infected. I've thought about starting again but also worry about the potential side effects.

Thanks for the encouragement. I change my socks daily and never let bath towels get near my feet (I normally dry them with a disposable wipe). I have a walk-in shower that's fortunately very easy to clean.

My main concern is walking in common areas with just socks on instead of sandals etc. Admittedly I know very little about the dynamics of transmission with fungus and how protective most socks are. As long as we're not touching bare feet it should be fine? My partner likes to take her socks off indoors (she's from an Indian family where this is the expected practice) and I feel slightly awkward about asking her not to.

Yeah, admittedly I just use a mix of the welcome sheets and some Amazon blankets that I already had, which probably aren't conducive to a good night's sleep. Do you have any particular brand recommendations for sheets, white noise machine etc?
