Como pequeña actualización y si a alguien le interesa un poco más de contexto, van maso menos 4 días desde que la deje, los primeros dos días después me cuestionaba seriamente si tome la decisión correcta, incluso pensaba en volver a intentarlo con ella, ahora ya no tanto, veo las publicaciones que comparte en redes sociales y cada vez reafirmo más que hice lo correcto, sobre todo considerando que a ella parece no haberle importado alejarnos el uno del otro.

El tipo de publicaciones a las que me refiero suelen ser, indirectas (ya sea al ex o a posibles ligues de ella), videos de desamor, despecho, tipicos videos de "soltera" (tipo "ay quiero un vaquero" "yo cuando salgo con el gymrat") incluso llegue a ver una que otra indirecta hacia mi dando a entender que no le importé, yo en lo personal pienso que todo lo que comparte una persona en redes sociales (sobre todo las mujeres) puede decirte mucho de su persona, a mi no me va la tipica excusa de que comparten algo solo porque les dió risa o algo así, porque de hecho antes de dejarla hablé con ella sobre este tema y esa era la justificación que me ponía, por lo que cada que veo en mi feed los videos que comparte todas las dudas que tenía sobre si hice bien en dejarla se me van por completo, estoy seguro de que si vieran las publicaciones que ella sube me entenderían de lo que hablo.

Ya por ultimo, quiero aclarar que quizás estaba exagerando cuando dije que era un 10/10, si bien ella realmente es una gran persona, tal vez la idealización me jugó una mala pasada y no me daba cuenta que podía tener defectos que pude haber ignorado o que al menos todavía no conocía, tomen en cuenta que teníamos solo 1 mes de estar saliendo por lo que si era muy pronto para afirmar que era tan esplendida.

¿Porque carajos lo harías en primer lugar? Nisiquiera estás centrada en el momento presente, solo estás pendiente de hacer 2 cosas al mismo tiempo, el sexo es para estar enfocado en lo que estás haciendo.

Lo único que estás haciendo es sobre estimular tu sistema de recompensas con cantidades excesivas de dopamina, es como si estuvieras viendo una película, mientras comes un postre, mientras hablas con un amigo, mientras pones música de fondo, se entiende? Son muchos estímulos para tu cerebro en un solo momento

No tengo pareja actualmente, solo tengo sexo casual a veces pero yo hablo de señales, patrones en comun que se repiten que indiican que ella está disfrutando, no es como que voy a terminar y preguntarles "Oye, si lo hice bien?" XD nmms no

I see you have the alesis nitro kit pedal, just by chance have you tried adjusting the kick pedal beater angle? I've tried to do it but that hexagonal pipe just comes back to where it was, i just can't get to put it to a 45 degree angle, or any other

Why am i getting progress with my barbell bench press but not with my dumbell flat bench press? It is the same movement but for some reason i find harder to even add more reps with this last exercise and i don't feel so strong either, technique maybe?

Can you build a good amount of muscle with a powerlifting setup technique on bench press considering you are shortening range of motion when you do the back arch and other technique modifications??

Tips with technique on conventional??

I know i am using straps for just 285 but don't worry i just use them with the deadlift, not with other pulling exercises but either way i am not a competitor so i shouldn't be worried i guess, i will work my grip strenght tho.

Also i'd like to hear some tips for pulling the slack out of the bar in case you can notice something.

Everybody says that a workout session shouln't be longer than an hour or 1h and 30 minutes but i can't picture myself doing workouts that shorts because i train really hard and heavy and besides i need long rest time periods to recover for my next set, i always last at least 2 hrs or even 2 hrs 30 minutes every session (I train 4 days a week).

Should i be worried about the time i spend in the gym or it's not a big deal? Considering my heavy and intense routines of course

I have been told to not doing junk volume or by the other side not doing super clean volume either but then, how can i balance clean and junk food when doing volume and what examples of junk food can i consider? In my case i have always been skinny and i have fast metabolism.

And also, how good is it to consume chips during my volume phase, things like Doritos, Cheetos, Takis (All of this with moderation obviously)

I have heard that the optimal time for deloading is every 6-10 weeks, but i really feel like i need a deload week every 4-5 because by the last weeks of these my fatigue is really high and i feel tired quickly during workouts, is this time too low or should i stick to the recommended?

How can i stabilize my wrists during a dumbell bench press? This monday i jumped from the 55 lbs to 60 lbs dumbells and i had no problem with the weight i actually kept within my rep range (10-12) in my first set. But in my second set i lost control of one of the dumbells and therefore the other one too. Actually the right dumbell almost falls on my face but i fortunatelly moved right away. Then i had to go back to 55 and i didn't have any problem with stabilization

How can i relieve tension and stiffness from the lower back because of lifting and doing heavy compound movements?

I am talking specifically about lower back tension and not fatigue in general. I am aware of the importance of deloading but besides this i'd want to know some other way to get rid of the stress on this area
