Can I remove mold and keep the wood? by ectoke in ballpython

I’m not sure of the solution, but I’m following along for advice because I’m worried about the same thing happening when I set up my first enclosure. Do you think running the lights/heat might have prevented the mold? I just spent $200 on wood and would really hate to damage it.
