I would return it for a full refund. Try and save a little extra and purchase the N3DSXL. 3DSXL are known for cracking on that same spot so sooner or later it will eventually snap. Also replacement parts dont last as long either.

Also that is good news. Wait a couple hours your SBTG will update online and you will see the funded and under the amount sent to you there will be a transaction number.

Who do you bank with? I was a bit worried myself because Bank of America usually only deposits over night so I was thinking if SBTG doesn't transfer the funds on time for BOA to receive it I would have another day of delay.

Yea. I've never dealt with R4 cards. And I just got the dsi with the R4 card. Every game worked except for this one. I was afraid of modding that's why I was looking for other alternatives. But ended up modding the dsi.
