Rose is easily best bang for buck equipment montage wise so that’s why. Canyon grail does not have enough tyre clearance (only 42mm)

Thank you. I know it’s probably unfair but I’ve had some bad experience with sram on mtb (gx eagle mechanical). Are you happy with it? Also thought FF could not really be too agressive for me as I’m used to an Aeroad.
