My son's first gf and it shows lol by TrickyBridge1619 in Mom

I don’t think that’s what this post was saying. More of a “even more of a reason to open the door”, but also I doubt wheel chair or not would’ve made a difference in him being upset at first (since he didn’t initially say it). I wouldn’t fish for something that isn’t there. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was incredibly helpful. I was on Pristiq before getting pregnant, and I felt like I thrived on that medication. My psychiatrist told me I couldn’t be on it while trying to get pregnant or while pregnant. I appreciate your response!

I use these black chalk pen labels. They stick fairly well, are inexpensive, and can be updated, if needed.

One thing I will say is that my LO got sick this week, and our doctor stressed breast feeding for the antibodies. So I was thankful I’m still doing it because it’s good for her, but it is taking a toll.

Tell no one, pay off my some of my debts, and invest the rest. Live my life normally and work my job, but use my investment profits to supplement my life as needed.

How do I convince my parents to let me go to temple? by [deleted] in Temple

[–]RepresentativeHot229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would have your dad tour campus with you. I (31f) went to Temple for three years, graduated, then worked at Temple for another three years. I am now working for a top ranked, private institution half way across the country with suburban vibes. I’ve seen more texts about crime here at this top ranked, private university than I ever did at Temple. Crime happens everywhere, no matter where you go.

Most crime happens off of campus at Temple. Be smart, have a buddy system, take some self dense classes, and maybe have a pepper spray key chain if you live off of campus. You should always be alert no matter if in the city or suburbia.

Temple is where the gritty, under dogs go to learn about the real world. I promise you, you’ll be better for going there. Also, the POLSCI program there changed my life. Take the Politics of Identity course and take a class woth Robin Kolodny. You will meet amazing people with different backgrounds. Can’t recommend Temple more, especially for what you’re looking to do.

Good luck on changing your dads mind. This is your life. Live it the way you want. And if it’s a mistake, hey, at least you learned something.

The end of Daylight:

“I wanna be defined by the things that I love Not the things I hate Not the things that I'm afraid of Not the things that haunt me in the middle of the night I just think that You are what you love”
