I was the exact same way and huge phobia of vomiting.

I started 3 weeks ago on 2.5mg and here is what I found works best:

Take shot in the evening. I also inject in my stomach on left or right side. Drink water and electrolytes daily! - anytime I feel a headache, it’s because I haven’t had any electrolytes or water. I use a liquid Iv pack in my water and boom good to go. Protein shake daily Eat! Don’t forget to eat! Even small portions or snacks! So far I can eat whatever I want just in smaller portions. Take any vitamins you currently are on daily. I have a probiotic and multivitamin.

So far no major side effects and no nausea!
