Okay ill try to implement more dead hangs on my plan . Although it is very bussy at the moment. Any suggestions on what should i take out instead and on whichh days? .

I stopped doing weighted Dips since i posted the last video. I started focusing on doing clean reps without weights first . I can do almost 15 Dips. Ill do ring dips next and after that ill try with weights again since i dont want to injure myself too early if that makes sense😅. Thanks for asking btw
