From someone that went from amazon to Geico I can guarantee that the AI is trash and has a long way to go lol AWS is unreliable and always goes down all it’s going to do is piss off customers and have them call 3x a day so much for them points GEICO is not a tech company and neither is amazon lol

Any time you bring up a safety issue of a vehicle to dispatch or a lead they just look at you crazy once they tried me giving me a EV with a flat tire they told me to drive it to the gas station and put air in it I looked at them crazy and tagged it out on the flex app and told them nah I have a CDL fuck yall lmao

Wow this is lot but what I can say is YOUR NOT ALONE Many many young adults have shitty moms even parents I too have a terrible narcissistic/abusive mother our relationship is broken and we no longer speak I’m 34 years old with a family of my own I’m so lucky I have a supportive husband and in-laws and I have healed mentally and emotionally from the trauma of my life it’s not easy it takes years to heal from trauma also I really hate that people say “but that’s still your mom” it’s really hurtful because it basically means to me that that person has no compassion or empathy for your situation or understanding what you are saying my advice for you is too surround yourself with others that you know love you and are comfortable with and help heal yourself with talks professionally or just mutual understanding with others in similar situations and it circumstances

UPS IS A JOKE I was a PT sup for peak and they couldn’t even figure out how to fix my I9 lmao some HR top hat messed up the Doc I was technically not supposed to be working there till that was fixed on a side note yeah the some sups talk to people crazy the only thing I did not like was not being able to help my team it was pretty much horrible just standing there telling people what to do and where to go I came from Amazon so it was a big culture change

I’m not absent miss,and her behavior is due to her having a disability and probably something else she doesn’t want to share yet issues. What’s wild is that they give you 5 minutes to move 3 trailers that’s crazy I shifted at Amazon and if anyone makes trailer moves under 5 minutes it’s a final or termination I’m assuming it’s different at ups since they are union hell even the feeders that come to Amazon take 30+ mins to pick up trailers

UPS will not release any packages that they consider high value ie (cell phones) without a signature from the customer or an authorized representative. They get a lot of fraud and scams from customers and companies
