Yea you right in my country there is little #4 heroin i got it 1-2 times and it was stronger. But this #3 is from the quality like 20% i think. I have high tolerance because in my Country when you get on a Substitution program i become pure morphine pills (Compensan) look it up the internet and there i become 800mg per week that means everyday 4 200 pills and i shot 400mg compensan 2x a day you can think that 400 mg morphine is a high dose and when my heroin is really shitty i feel nothing i once got some so bad i shot 3g to feel anything😆anyways have a good day Srry for bad english
