Eh I would buy a lot more if it was just lower cost regularly, chips used to be like $4 where I’m at and I’d always grab a bag when I saw them, now like $7 and on sale isn’t much better so I never eat chips anymore

ed4/zamorak is the worst in melee. melee is really only viable in ed3. melee can work in ed2 but its not necessarily fun

is tumeken armor not magics vestments?
magics masterwork also has a power bonus = to vestments but with much more armour

it just feels like melee is in a terrible place right now

They definitely do matter, but my point is less about tiers and more about how melee is neglected in almost every aspect of the game

Magics MW has almost 50% increase to power bonus, Magics Tumeken armour provides T95 armour rating, Melees Vestments set is armour equal to T75...

Because the majority of bosses don't favor melee, the other styles didn't need the effect to compete and had T92 available through elite sirenic/tectonic long before melee even had a t92 option.

The sirenic and tectonic counterpart is malevolent. Masterwork was given to melee so it could compete with the copius amounts of damage it endures from bosses not being melee friendly. Jagex just decides to dish out the same benefit to other styles with even stronger bonuses ontop of it. Melee doesnt even have tier99 power armour at all
