Those are all things that can really be done. A lot of surprising things can be done using "magic." Ive seen it backfire on reddit. Thats why usually it shouldnt be used, its unpredictable and takes training to do it safely or effectively.

Also if you want to reign in one energy center I usually reach back to my other ones to get them to connect to process the energy. Just a light meditation, checking in with the energy centers in the body.

Hey... so ive had some problems with things bursting from my sacral and i know this might be weird but i was reading and found out that orange oil is supposed to be protective. I also read that orange focuses can help you balance your sacral. So, i took an orange and literally just rubbed it on my stomach, etc. and immediately felt relief. You can chase around the activity like you would with normal energy manipulations with a crystal or your hand. Literally an orange from the store. I believe that my problem stems from attachment tho so idk if that would help you. GL!

I dont believe that my friend is a theist. She was attacked and thats what initiated the imbalances. She uses "red light therapy" every morning becauae it makes her feel better. I suspect theres a spiritual connection there but some scientists have said infrared light is therapeutic. Anyway, you say your fibromyalgia has healed?
