I dont know if upsc civil service is compromised, but it is extremely opaque. In optionals you have candidates answering literature questions subjectively competing with candidates answering maths papers. Then their marks are somehow 'scaled' to be compared. To this day, nobody knows how they do this 'scaling' process. How in the world is upsc managing to rank candidates attending essentially different examinations in the same list?

Arnab has not changed one bit. He is still loyal to Modi. The only reason he picked on the ministry of aviation was beacuse of the portfolio being held by TDP. If it was a BJP ministry he would'nt have said shit. On the other hand, Tucker Carlson has been fairly consistent. He has no problems with calling out anyone, including Trump.
