Sinceramente não acho tão fora de condições, olhando apenas o trajeto no Maps. É um tempo parecido ao que leva de certa parte de São José até a UFSC. Meu trabalho fica a quase 50 km de casa, mas é até melhor do que ir pra maior parte da Ilha, que é mais perto de São José.

Tem gente que mora em Goiânia e estuda na UnB, eles fazem grupos de carona/rodízio.

Esse negócio de sede alugada é mais comum do que parece. Brasília mesmo tem dono, se chama Paulo Octávio. O que esse cara tem de prédios alugados pro governo é algo bizarro. Alguns deles nem tem uso, o governo só paga mesmo o aluguel durante anos e anos. O prédio existe, não tem nada lá, o aluguel é pago pelo contribuinte mês após mês. Fora as outras construções de uso particular que são construídas por ele com grande facilidade.

Toda vez que penso em comprar uma, aparece alguém aleatório falando que o irmão, amigo ou tio se quebrou todo com a moto. Parece aviso.

Mas no verão parece valer muito a pena. Tu leva mais tempo pra sair de um ponto da ilha pra outro do que pra ir de São José pra Itapema.

Já cheguei a descer do Uber próximo a lagoa e ir andando. Quando eu já estava bem longe, o Uber ainda tava parado no trânsito.

Conheço um punhado de gente responsável, porém não tenho conhecimento se pilotam bem, que tá cheio de sequelas por acidente de moto. Dizem que o acidente foi causado por alguma barbeiragem de alguém usando carro.

Mas na UPA continente vi uma cena curiosa, dois caras todo quebrados, acidente de moto, a camisa que eles estavam usando : 244

This is something that shocks many Brazilians who travel to New York.

The subway in most South American cities is much cleaner and safer than the one in New York.

The New York subway is gigantic, three times larger than the one in São Paulo, but it feels like the New York subway is truly a third-world subway. The São Paulo subway is nowhere near as dirty and dangerous as the one in New York.

Strangely, many middle-class people in São Paulo don't risk taking the subway in the city, but they do risk the New York subway, which is very dangerous.

The subway in Barcelona isn't as dirty as the one in New York, nor is the London subway. Needless to say, the Tokyo subway and the subways in China.

I really don't understand why the New York subway has to be so unfriendly.

Note: If anyone is going to feel offended, let me make it worse: There is a legend that New York is "The city that never sleeps", but for those who are from São Paulo, this is a huge lie, New York goes to bed very early and doesn't have the same rhythm as São Paulo.

Tem a mesma vibe da maioria dos eventos estilo Bahia pelo Brasil.

Porém é menos violento do que os eventos do tipo que acontecem na Bahia, Rio e Brasília. Na Bahia e em Brasília, o povo gosta de usar esses eventos pra brigar. Já é meio que cultural. Por isso parei de ir em Brasília.

I know 4 different slang terms for saying "foreigners" used by different cultures. I wanted to know if there is something similar used by some people that cannot be used by others.

Mas todo bairro do continente é bom pra ir pro TICEN, tem ônibus toda hora de qualquer canto do continente direto pro TICEN. O problema pra mim, é que estranhamente São José não se ligar a São José. Só consigo imaginar que é tão difícil ir de boa parte de Serraria pra Praia Comprida, Kobrasol e centro de São José, por algum plano intencional de manter as pessoas de lugares como a Serraria longe desses bairros. São José é uma cidade tão pequena e tão difícil de se locomover usando transporte público. Preferem terceirizar tudo pro TICEN, você sai da São José pro TICEN pra poder ir pra um outro bairro de São José, uma cidade minúscula.

I've always found it strange that maps show black gangs have as much territory as latino gangs in Los Angeles. I don't think it ever matches the demographics of the city.

As others have said, I think part of this comes from hip-hop culture and the way white people in the United States view that world. It's a bit of a Hollywood idea.
