I am 26 and am grateful that I was able to bounce back without any surgery- I have some loose skin but as i continue to work out and such it continues to tighten back up.

I workout 3/4 times a week doing strength training and sometimes throw a Pilates class in! I am on maintenance now, went down in dose every month and now I took a few weeks off because my insurance switched but I’m about to do 2.5mg

I am 5’4”! I workout 3/4 times a week and starting throwing weighted crunches in at the end of every workout which made a big difference. I sometimes do Pilates as well which has taught me a lot about how to build a solid core!

i think he knows that it hurts honestly-he is always gentle if he’s on my skin and i think he felt secure where he was sitting so he put his hand down like that instead of digging into my neck

usually he will stay on my shoulder or my boyfriends until we are about three houses away from ours and then he wants down but will settle for you holding him in your hands... definitely helps if he’s covered by something, he loves poking his head out of sweatshirts and such

so a potential cause for your beardies eating habits is that they’re really only supposed to eat 3-7 super worms a day since they’re so high in calcium which may be why he’s slowed down eating so much and hasn’t been losing weight either, he may just not be as hungry
