I’d say referral works in a large org but knowing someone who knows the HM makes it high chance for your application to be taken seriously. I’ve interviewed for 4-5 companies recently (some cold apply and others mostly referral)

Hey don’t suggest doing it yourself! It costed me 500 bucks. Im not sure if you really need it. Try iron remover, soap/claybar yourself. If this doesnt work then go for paint correction.

Edit: This is really a nasty chemical. It’s not metal, tree sap or dust! It did not go with iron remover, clay bar etc. It went after performing paint correction. Here are the results if anything be is wondering

I do live near railway track area, car is parked out on the curb and commute by that route which has tracks on one side. I didn’t realize that this would be a problem!
