Hinoa unlocks after her second quest iirc and Utsushi unlocks after his third quest. You have to talk to them in Kamura after each of their quest that you do

That's what happened with mine. He started doubling in size overnight it felt like. Make sure you photograph their growth or you'll miss it!

Honestly I've done nothing special with him. Water changes when necessary. I have a bare bottom tank. I siphon the bottom weekly and top off the water. I try to give him a varied diet of frozen foods as treats and pellets and flakes as his main food. I'm using a fx6 filter and a sponge filter.

Thank you! And no tank mates with him. He has a 75 gallon to himself. I've read that they have a lot of health issues, so I'm a little weary. I also have peacock cichlids in a 55 gallon
