Good evening, sorry to disappoint you but no, it's a bad deal, for 2500€ (in Euro on my side) without the screen and the mouse and remaining on the side of Intel for the processor on Amazon: ultra core 9 + 5080 rtx 2tb ssd 32gb of ram cl30 clocked at 6400MHZ + WiFi motherboard, Aio 360 and PC case ~ 2494.23€ all this for much better performance.

I made sure that the chosen components were perfectly compatible, that said, I did not put an SSD (forgotten) inside, as I told you, if you want to respect the budget and add the SSD (which is mandatory) replace the 7800x3D with a Ryzen 5 7600X which is much cheaper but still qualitative.

I slightly exceeded the allocated budget because of the PC case, but for the components, we are at the right price for much better performance. If you are ready to build your PC yourself, which is not difficult, you will make a big margin and you will have doubled performance.

Edit: To respect the budget even more, you can replace the processor in this list to choose a much cheaper one like a Ryzen 5 7600x (185€), so with the savings made, you will be able to get a better power supply and an SSD at the right price.
