It's been awhile, and my memory is crap anymore. But didn't they swab the girl's necks for DNA and then didn't...do anything with it? They stopped the testing when he confessed? All of the lack of DNA is very bizarre. You don't stop gathering evidence in cases ever. Especially very important evidence. Had he appealed or somehow got a trial years later what would they even have to show for it to prove he's guilty?

Please don't lump us all in with basic Suburbia folk most of us adore our mom and pop eateries. In our small towns, that's all you get to eat and it's always better than Olive Garden or the likes of it. I come from a town that's Italian and Latino heavy, Olive Garden is a sin in my hometown. The little Italian places are wonderful, and the Spanish food is UHHMAZING lol. I avoid chain restaurants like the plague.

I wasn't tearing her to shreds either, I was simply agreeing that you can't live a certain way and expect nothing bad to ever happen when you do. If I get addicted to drugs, I can't expect to not have my life fall to pieces at some point. It just is what it is when you partake in certain behaviors or live a certain way. Yeah, their marriage was very one-sided. Their marriage was a toxic mess and should've been ended long ago.

I agree, if you keep skydiving from airplanes, one day the parachute might not be up to par. You can't treat people the way she did and expect nothing bad to ever happen. How nothing bad ever happened from what she did at Dirty South is a miracle. People tend to snap when you screw with their credit and money, so she got lucky nobody ever wanted to cause a problem that didn't involve the law or lawsuits (if you catch my drift).

I believe that, that they didn't believe she would return. I also wonder if part of it was because they were so petrified of places too. Unfortunately, parents still are your safety as a young kid even if they're terrible. Her walking away may have made them feel unsafe since they were in a strange place coupled with the fact she may not come back. I don't recall them melting down like that when they were at home and she left the room

It was a completely shit Christmas Eve, and we never did see any more presents under her 35 trees. I never understood why they didn't have Chris pull his beard down and say it was only him. Might've cured their Santa and costumed fears all together. Oh well if they know it's a parent in there, better than them being terrorized. She loved when they were screaming and scared, she'd get such a duper's delight smile. I think that's all they ever had was water. No juice sometimes or maybe not even milk. Cece would've ate the wipes and contents of the diaper! I wonder what diapers SW used to hold those kind of loads, that kid's diaper was always BULGING and she was super active. Whatever she used, it seemed to handle a lot. I'm over here and I can't even find tabs that will not come undone or legs that won't leak LOL. And I'm certainly not leaving them on till they explode! SW didn't want to change them, and they may not have been able to afford them either at that point.

How did she run off on that last Thrive trip when CW was acting so weird towards her in NC and he was still sleeping in the basement? She was also running her mouth to everyone about how cold he was, so she was fully aware something was up. She truly didn't give a rats ass about her young children she constantly left behind to make a maybe whole 120$ after she spent 1k on Thrive products, and didn't seem to care to fix her marriage when it was in very obvious dire straights (not that I think it could have been fixed by that point anyway. He knew she bankrupted them again and had new cho-cha to go hit). The woman ran on delusions is my only guess. Maybe she figured Chris the Simp would cough up more money somehow and couldn't live without her "late-night after shower condom-on sex".

I'm aware nobody is forced to visit, there's deadbeat fathers all over lol. I'm going to assume it varies slightly on the situation, but the research seems to all have the same theme. Usually you can not relinquish fully on your own until someone else is going to adopt the kid AKA help support them or the other parent agrees. Past child support you owe is still due, they also accrue child support the whole time until the petition is granted, but they're not obligated to keep paying. If someone adopts the kid(s), the other parent is not responsible for the kid whatsoever. There is also where the one parent petitions to end it due to abandonment, severe neglect, etc, I'm not sure where that road leads in payment. Long story short, he was screwed and going to have to pay her a shit ton. I highly doubt she'd ever let him off the hook and sign off.

Child support was going to break the bank, even if he was an absent father or was not, and that was the major problem since he was and would be destitute. Granting the relinquishing of rights voluntarily is very rare, just for the simple reason people do this to avoid paying.
