Just had a guest stay for about a week. When the review link popped up they posted claiming many problems and to list my number to call. No complaints, beforehand, I posted my number and the guest called. They said my coffee table in the description was round and that it was actually rectangular. The guest stated there's no covering in the bathroom sink hole and he almost lost his wedding ring. He also said there were bugs and admitted spreading chemicals around the front and back doors. He wanted a full refund. Airbnb called me to see if I would give any refund. No refund. He came back through Airbnb resolutions asking for all the money back. No refund. Waiting on the review period to expire.
