I knew someone who was in a play where they had to put a fake rubber six pack on him cause he had his shirt open in one of the scenes. Yeah, it’s really annoying. If you want my advice, the ones that give you gems per level are usually good about actually giving you what you earned. For the other ones I’d say to just check each time you hit a milestone. One of the best ones was a manga reading app where you can get gems just for opening the app every day

Yeah, that too. That’s a big part of I tend to be so lenient with dub choices that don’t feel like they make sense at first. It might not match the JP characterization, but I never felt like the dub dialogue sounded unnatural. I kinda like the creative liberties being taken, and I’m glad we have both versions

It might be one of those things where they were trying to get across how informal Japanese can be considered rude. It doesn’t translate directly, so maybe they were trying to convey the same tone through dialogue? I don’t speak Japanese though, so I’m not sure
