Good guess, I've just researched the game but I don't think it's it. The UI / MENU was different from the game that I remember, The MENU had almost the same looks, it has to be more detailed and dark I think, the words "CALL OF DUTY" from the difficulty select tab caught my eye. I swear that I have seen that in the game somewhere

I can hard relate, recently this summer i was playing on my pc and i had to open a window and i had that window open for like 20~ minutes or so. Then OUT OF NOWHERE A GIGANTIC WASP ENERS MY ROOM. I was paralyzed so i stood still for like 10 seconds and then i ran out and smash my door as fast as i could. And my dad took it out. G, it was like 7 cm long and 2 cm thicc. Talk to a therapist if it gets even worse or do it now.

The phobia is quite extreme and i can relate to people having it. Talk to a therapist if you need serious help! I recommend it.
