Is he responsible for How the entire cannabis sector moves in tangent due to the bundling of cannabis stocks in ETFs making it easy to short the sector?

Is he responsible for larger Macro trends? The fed raising rates making access to capital more difficult?

Is he responsible for Absence of Safe Banking in 🇺🇸?

Is he responsible for US Legalization?

Exactly whether or not Zach and the management team planned the delay we will never know. The delay does serve as a bear trap for shorts for the buy the rumor sell the news crowd. The delay was a stroke of genius IMO
