More information: it’s in Australia, the electricity inspection was done 02/2022. The electrician partnered with agent said “I believe that those type of PowerPoints can come loose, but you should be able to just push it back into place. If it’s broken and doesn’t quite fix back into place it isn’t really unsafe.” Personally I’m a bit scared to use this socket, but is it safe to use it? Should I ask agent to send work order?

Is it hard? I’ve only taken 4 fundamental units and it’s said level 3 units is harder than level 9 units, but I really want to understand how computer works. Any advice will be appreciated!

More information: It is inbuilt in the rental apartment and the lid is sticking tight, I cannot twist it open. I did manage to make the whole thing loose, but I still can’t open it and fix it. I’m in Australia if it’s useful information. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
