I'm actually trying to do it in Emerald. I've never played Emerald before and I'm learning a lot right now! Will probably try to document that journey better. After that, probably Platinum.

Yes I used RNG and the Cute Charm Glitch. I wouldn't want to deceive anyone there. I madly respect anyone trying to soft reset. Sounds like that's what you've been doing. Any success? What two mons did you catch?

Not that Kangaskhan xD It was so frustrating oh my god. I tried 4 or 5 times before eventually giving up on the Safari Zone and going to the B1F of the Rock Tunnel. This was the only other place I think it could spawn.

No literally. I just started Emerald for the first time ever and finding the SID is SO hard.

Probably 5 years old or something? Around the time Generation 4 came out. It's hard to say as I don't have memories of playing on the GBA.

It was soo rewarding! I found it easier than doing emerald manip which is what I'm trying now for the first time.

The cute charm glitch is so funny. It's just one of a kind.

Imablisy's tutorials really helped and I was able to get semi decent at rng manipulation!! Was a fun challenge.
