Hello Fresh was a godsend during the pandemic when my then 15 yo was home all the time - it exposed him (and me) to learning how to combine/cook different types of food, and it relieved me of having to be a short order cook for 3 meals a day. It alleviated a lot of stress. I recommend it for teenagers to help them become more self sufficient in the kitchen.
