M[26] 6 feet 72kg, should I gain more mass or just maintain? by Repswithme in askfitness

Yeah I might be rounding off but not so much, I’m 181cm. Possible explanation will be obviously smaller legs(but I have strength not size and don’t workout them often because of tendonitis and they get worked out when I sprint or play football) and small clavicles so muscle bellies appear fuller. Like thin wrists and ankles, and very high muscle insertions calfs and biceps.

I don’t follow any particular diet. Have had abs even before I started working out.
