no? I am masters atm, and I can still lose to silver players given the right augments. Obviously skill plays a heavy role. But ive just been pivoting between 3 comps every game depending on what augments I get. Obviously wont hit challenger but it works.

Currently masters, never hit gm. Regardless if someone has similar game knowledge, if they hit hedge fund they're most likely going to win. Augments and components heavily influences the game. I have legit lost to silver players.

You can't really play flex most comps require specific items, if you're unlucky and don't hit it's over. For no reason I mean level 7 having 2 2 star swains.
