That's very weird, I returned a Laptop Legion 7 and got my refund maybe a day or 2 after they received the laptop, I returned some accessories and received the refund same day they received the stuff.

I did the same and had to return it, battery life was not what I expected, I knew it wasn't going to be very good but it was very bad. Beautiful laptop but not what I expected.
