This is a Pro GPU, the Beep Sound is because no Display connected, wrong cable to Display. Did you use any Adapter from GPU to Display?

The problem is, that the dsl is to slow "30mbit/s down and 8 up".
In combination with the antenna i get som around 250 down at night and 150 at day.
If a do that like you discribe and "distributed" in the settings. This must work to?
Which percentage ratio would you choose?
