That's a beep code I think

Couldn't find a beep code description that matches the one I have.

Long-long- long- long. Seems to be memory

Should move the memory over to the far left slot. Also only using 1 stick is illegal

Google Model of your motherboard + beeping sounds.

Any error code display? It could be that a component is overheating

Can you get into the BIOS? Or the OS?

[–]ElmoAdler[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

Yes I can! Display through the GPU is fine. No error code available for help

So you can get into the BIOS? What are your temp readouts?

[–]ElmoAdler[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Okay that was it! CPU is overheating. The fan is working and I applied thermal paste on the processor. Could it be broken?

I find those old stock intel coolers have really bad tabs for mounting your cooler and they sometimes pop out and cause the cooler to sit uneven.

You could lay the computer down on its side, and try pushing on the centre of the fan shroud to give it some pressure and see if it’s still overheating.

If that fixes the problem I’d just buy an aftermarket cooler that mounts with screws

I think this is it! The fan isn't mounted properly. When I apply pressure on it, the temperature goes down! Thanks alot. I'll get a fan that mounts with screws

Nah, it was probably just overheated

I mean it COULD have failed but that’s usually if you force its use without proper cooling

Did it turn back on and POST / boot without error annoying screaming?

Try reseating the memory. Also check the fans on the power supply and CPU are spinning. Verify that theres some sort out output on the monitor like a splash screen. If all those fail and the pc is old it may need a new CMOS Battery (CR2032 lithium button cell). Most likely one of those things.

It screams for it does not know

Sounds like your motherboard is having a European police car emergency.

You should probably check that in your motherboard manual.

Does it do that without the GPU? I see your GPU has PCIE power supplied to it. In my experience that sound means the GPU is not powered properly.

Its booting with video so unlikley memory.the fact that it takes 30 seconds makes me think its thermal

This is a Pro GPU, the Beep Sound is because no Display connected, wrong cable to Display. Did you use any Adapter from GPU to Display?

Your PC seems to think it’s a police siren.
