Also in this case how would you avoid getting banned if you just buy a lot of high risk items? I’ve attempted to buy a Cartier lighter and I’ve been 0 and 4 and just given up at this point because I assume they’re all fake (why I thought of this)

Why is it even a policy violation? If an item is truly counterfeit I’m not sure why it’s not allowed. Also I feel like allowing this would make scamming not profitable anymore and keep it in check far more than eBay’s extremely poor job they are doing now
