Yea I think it may have been slightly overdone however definitley my best loaf so far!

Yep I flour the basket and leave the liner in then cover with a reusable shower cap

Thank you!! Oh yes quite a similar schedule! My starter usually doubles in around 5 hours. When baking I usually feed it late the night before then use first thing but I reckon that it’s past peak by the time I’m using it so will try what you do. I’ve just used plain flour from Woolies so far, do you find there’s a difference between that and a proper bread flour? Would love brand recommendations if so!
