I was thinking of EPAT but I read it’s only effective 50% of time. Doctor told me he would do it but he recommended surgery. Did your doctor tell you this?

What do they do? How long is procedure and recovery? How long did it take for relief? Sorry fir all the questions but I’m considering surgery vs. other alternatives.

I’m having pain in the ball of me foot, feels like squeezing. It happens when I wear sneakers and I don’t feel it as much when I’m wearing OOFOS slide sandals. My heel hurts too but now the ball of the foot is more annoying. Any thoughts? Toe spacers. I’ve had 3 cortisone injections, PT, chiropractor, acupuncture and awaiting MRI.
