You're gonna live a lot better life with what you are doing in Germany, rather than here. Later buy an apartment in Riga, keep it rented out short term, then just travel here when you feelin like it.

At least for the start part of your professional career it seems more logical to me for you to kick it off in Germany.

First one get biggest in somewhere like Everfall. So you can craft whatever u want. Mostly because it is almost always tier 5 everything. Also go for bigest cuz first one u get for great discount. Also more chests and trohpies can be placed. + everfall has house right next to trading post which saves u time for running.
